Award Winning Dry Cured Back Bacon

Dry cured for a fuller flavour. Only the finest pork is used to produce this "Great Taste Award" Gold Medal Winner. Cured by hand using curing salts & demerara sugar, gently rubbed in and left to mature to give a unique flavour. Just how it used to be. Your order is prepared here at The Country Victualler by our skilled butchers and delivered to your door fresh, so you can choose between freezing or consuming within a few days.

 

Storage and cooking guidelines: Ideal for home freezing, please freeze to below -18°C on the day of delivery and ensure the product is thoroughly defrosted before use. Shelf life 2 weeks, once pack opened use within 4 days. Keep refridgerated at 5°or below prior to cooking. To cook place under a preheated grill till the bacon is cooked through and the juices run clear.
